We know a lot of you sour fans out there have been waiting for our next seasonal sour, and we thought it was about time we showcased one of Tassie's finest fruits.
Around 200kg of local Westerway raspberries were added to this beer during fermentation, and have given it a beautiful light red hue and refreshing, tangy raspberry flavour and aroma.
