Chatto Wines was founded by Jim Chatto, a highly respected winemaker and judge with extensive experience across Australian wine shows and a deep passion for Tasmanian Pinot Noir. After moving to Tasmania in 1998 as the inaugural winemaker for Rosevears Estate, Jim fell in love with the region’s potential for Pinot Noir. His dedication, combined with a search for the perfect vineyard site, led to the establishment of Isle Vineyard in Huon Valley, where Jim now crafts some of Tasmania’s most sought-after Pinot Noirs.
