This delightful syrup is perfect when paired with soda (though it also works wonderfully in cocktails) and boasts a rich aroma and flavor profile of Tasmanian raspberries.
Crafted with over 50% Derwent Valley raspberries, it’s best enjoyed by mixing one part syrup to six parts soda, served over ice (for example, 30 ml of syrup combined with 150 ml of soda water).
This zero-alcohol aperitif syrup beautifully blends the vibrant taste of Derwent Valley raspberries with the delicate notes of white tea and the tangy complexity of organic apple cider vinegar. Mix it with still or sparkling water and serve over ice, or incorporate it into cocktails for an extra burst of raspberry flavor!
